1. Data controller

Correspondence related to this website is handled by Benjamin Ikhmim (BEN WEB), a sole trader, who can be reached at admin@ben-web.com.

2. Your quote request

The questionnaire collects the service you need, your business type, project status, timeline, name and email address. Phone number and message are optional. This information is used to reply and prepare a quote. Required fields are needed to understand your request and contact you.

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Submitted answers are received by Benjamin Ikhmim and processed by Formspree, the form delivery service. They are not used to subscribe you to a marketing list.

Before submission, your browser keeps answers in the tab’s session storage so you can resume after refreshing. You can delete them using “Clear my answers”. They are removed after a confirmed submission. Demo orders stay in your browser and are not sent.

As Formspree is a US provider, processing may involve a transfer outside the European Union. Its processing terms and safeguards are available in its privacy documentation.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies : no advertising cookies, third-party trackers or audience analytics. A consent banner is therefore not required.

If analytics are added, this policy will be updated and consent requested in advance where required.

4. Hosting logs

Like any online service, the hosting servers record technical connection logs, including IP address, date, requested page and browser type. These are used solely for security and operation of the service, are managed by the hosting provider and are neither used nor retained by the publisher. adapt if you change hosting provider

5. When you contact me

You can also contact me by email or WhatsApp. Information you voluntarily share, including name, address, number and message, is used only to reply, prepare a quote and manage the work.

Messages pass through the services you choose, each with its own privacy policy. Your data is never sold, rented or shared for commercial or advertising purposes.

6. Retention period

Correspondence is kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Documents relating to invoiced work are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and French data protection law, you have the following rights concerning your data:

• access and a copy;
• rectification;
• erasure;
• restriction of processing;
• objection;
• data portability.

To exercise these rights, write to admin@ben-web.com : a reply will be provided within one month at the latest.

If, after contacting me, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL at www.cnil.fr.

This policy may change to reflect technical or regulatory developments. The latest update date appears at the top of this page.
